FOXBORO — The proposed commuter rail pilot program to bring service to Foxboro will go before the Fiscal and Management Control Board for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Monday.

The Foxboro proposal will be discussed alongside pilots for early morning and late-night bus service. All three items are listed for possible action. Approval from the FMCB is needed for the pilot to go forward. If approved, there would be weekday commuter rail service to Gillette Stadium through a public-private partnership with The Kraft Group.

The meeting will be held in the Transportation Board Room in 10 Park Plaza, and both opponents and supporters of the pilot program are making preparations to speak to the proposal.
